Securities listed on Wall Street by Chinese internet and online gaming giants NetEase (- 4.96% to 87.63) and Tencent (-2.94% to 36.62) lost ground, after falling seriously on Friday, following changes to regulations affecting online games in China.

Microsoft was little affected (-0.15% to 374.08) by the news of a complaint filed Wednesday by the daily New York Times against it and that of OpenAI, creator of the ChatGPT software.

You’re here (+ 1.89% to 261.47) is preparing to launch a new version of its Model Y at its Shanghai factory, Bloomberg News reported on Tuesday. Production could begin as early as mid-2024.

The bitcoin miner BitDigital gained 18.57% to 4.98, after announcing plans to double its fleet of cryptocurrency mining computers to reach a capacity of around 6.0 ether per second in 2024.

Coherus Biosciences jumped 23.62% to 2.69 as the Food and Drug Administration approved its drug delivery device.

The drug developer Reneo Pharmaceuticals rose 18.57% to 1.66, following the announcement by Concentra Biosciences of a proposed acquisition of 100% of the equity of Reneo for $1.80 per share.

Eli Lilly (+ 1.92% to 581.6) announced the success of its takeover bid for Point Biopharma Global, a company with a pipeline of therapies in development for the treatment of cancer.

Iovance Biotherpeutics (-18.67% to 7.23) said the FDA suspended its clinical trial of a therapy for a type of lung cancer.

Meta Platforms Inc rose 0.86% to 357.88 as Wedbush raised its price target on the stock, which it says it considers one of its best Internet investment ideas for 2024.

THE Dow Jones thus gained 0.30% to 37,656.52 points, the Nasdaq Composite 0.16% to 15,099.18 points and the S&P 500 0.14% to 4,781.58 points.
