A man killed a father of four by shooting randomly at vehicles traveling on a busy California avenue on Monday.
Julio Rodarte, 39, emptied his charger on cars traveling on a busy lane while he was walking quietly on the sidewalk in broad daylight, according to information from TMZ.

According to testimony the widow gave to KTLA, Mr. Leon was returning from his night shift at a warehouse when he was killed.
