A 45-year-old driver shot a woman and her five-year-old child while driving on a road in Maryland, United States. He attacked her since she had passed him on the track, reported Global News.

In a video published by the Washington DC Metropolitan Police Department, we see the driver’s car who decided to enter a lane full of vehicles, ahead of the man’s Maserati automobile.
Boiling with rage, the driver, who was identified by the authorities, immediately got out of his car. He ran after the woman as she changed lanes, then accelerated to flee.
It was at this time that Kenneth Miles Davis Jr pulled out his gun to aim at the vehicle. He fired seven shots before fleeing the crime scene.
The victim was hit on the upper arm, while his five-year-old child was injured by the shattered window glass. Her other child, aged 11, was not affected.
Thanks to several local media, the man was quickly found.
He was sentenced to 32 years in prison on Monday. He was found guilty of multiple weapons and assault charges during this event which occurred in May 2021.
Mr. Davis plans to appeal this decision. “He will continue to fight to prove his innocence,” said his lawyer, Me Marnitta L. King.
