A 19-year-old young adult survived a 400-foot fall from a canyon in Washington state. He escaped the incident with minor injuries.

According to information from NBC News, the man was walking last Saturday on an old path near the High Steel Bridge, which is one of the largest bridges in the United States.
The rescue operation by local authorities to save the young man lasted two hours.
Local authorities have not identified the 19-year-old victim who only suffered scratches on his arms and was taken to a hospital near the scene, reports NBC News.
Five to seven people fall from the High Steel Bridge each year and the majority of people die from their falls according to the Mason County Sheriff’s Office.
