Two opinion polls showed Republican candidate Donald Trump ahead of his Democratic rival, Kamala Harris, less than two weeks before the US presidential elections scheduled to take place on November 5.
According to an opinion poll conducted by the Financial Times newspaper, the results of which were published on Thursday, Trump is ahead of Harris on economic issues.
The newspaper reported that 44% of those who participated in the poll expressed confidence in Trump’s ability to deal with economic issues, compared to 43% for Harris.
And in another poll An opinion conducted by the American newspaper “The Wall Street Journal” yesterday, Wednesday, showed that the former American president is ahead of Harris by 47 to 45%.
The poll included 1,500 registered voters from October 19 to 22, and has a margin of error of more or less 2.5 percentage points.
