Republican candidate Donald Trump plans to stop by this weekend to work at a McDonald’s in Philadelphia, aiming to thumb his nose at his opponent Kamala Harris.
In interview at Fox and Friends, Donald Trump indicated that one of his friends owned a McDonald’s in Pennsylvania, a pivotal state in anticipation of November 5.
He claims that his opponent Kamala Harris lied when she mentioned that she had worked at a McDonald’s during the 1980s.
The Democratic candidate used her past in the fast food chain to support her claim to know more about the reality of the middle class than her opponent.
Asked if he was going to serve fries at McDonald’s, the former president said he was going to “do everything.”
“I’m going to do it because she lied,” Donald Trump said.
