(Washington) The majority conservative US Supreme Court granted an important victory to the Trump administration on Friday by limiting the power of judges to suspend the national decisions of the executive which they consider illegal.
The highest jurisdiction of the United States considers that the suspensions of national scope issued by federal judges “probably exceed the powers conferred by the congress in the federal courts”.
On the other hand, it does not decide on the constitutionality of the presidential decree of Donald Trump returning to the law of the soil, at the origin of this litigation.
