Reports indicated that Palestinian resistance fighters confronted Israeli forces, on Wednesday evening, in the town of Ya`bad, southwest of Jenin in the West Bank, while two martyrs were killed by occupation bullets in Hebron and Bethlehem.
Manhattan Tribune’s correspondent said that an Israeli occupation army infantry force stormed the town of Ya’bad as part of repeated security activities in the area southwest of Jenin.
He added that Palestinian resistance fighters threw homemade bombs coinciding with the occupation army’s infantry storming the town.
The reporter reported that the occupation forces also stormed the town of Beit Ummar, north of Hebron, and Atil in the Tulkarm district.
Local platforms published scenes of Israeli occupation forces storming the city of Qalqilya, in the West Bank.
Killed and arrested
Earlier, two Palestinians were killed by occupation bullets in Hebron and Bethlehem.
The Palestinian Ministry of Health said – in a statement – that “the General Authority for Civil Affairs (the point of contact with the Israeli side) informed it of the martyrdom of the young man, Basil Wajih Al-Muhtaseb (28 years old), by occupation bullets near the town of Sa’ir, north of Hebron.”

Other Palestinians were injured in confrontations with the occupation near Jenin, Tubas and Nablus in the West Bank.
For its part, the Palestinian Prisoners’ Club said that the number of detainees in the West Bank has reached 4,600 since the seventh of last October.
Since October 7, more than 300 Palestinians have been killed in the West Bank by Israeli occupation soldiers.
The occupation carries out daily killing, arrest, and demolition campaigns in various cities in the West Bank, coinciding with the continuation of its aggression against Gaza, which has so far led to the martyrdom of 20,000 Palestinians, most of whom are women and children.
