Shocking new evidence has been revealed in the case of the 13-year-old boy who allegedly killed his mother in her sleep last October in Florida.

On the night of October 12 to 13, Derek Rosa allegedly committed the irreparable, while the mother’s baby, Irina Garcia, was sleeping in her room.
Rosa was charged with the first-degree murder of Garcia and will be tried as an adult.
The images revealed during the trial concern the moments before and after the alleged attack.
The teen can be seen taking a photo of himself with a visibly bloody hand.
According to prosecutors, the photo was sent to his friends shortly after the murder, which occurred around 11 p.m.
Other compelling evidence from a bedroom surveillance camera shows a man attacking a victim lying in bed.

A photo of the knife allegedly used to carry out the attack was also revealed.
According to the media “Law&Crime”, Derek Rosa attempted suicide after the incident using a firearm belonging to his father.
Around 11:30 p.m., the young American reportedly informed the authorities that he had just fatally attacked Irina Garcia.
