(New York) Long before the assassination of Charlie Kirk, the rhetoric of Stephen Miller froze the blood of the Americans who are worried about the future of their democracy.
During an intervention on Sean Hannity on Fox News on August 25, the deputy chief of staff of the White House and national security advisor provided an example of his approach. At one point, the host told his guest that the Democrats had “not raised their little finger to solve the problem” of crime in Chicago, where violent crimes, in fact, dropped by 21.9 % in 2024, according to police data. Miller replied:
“The Democratic Party does not fight for American citizens, does not care about them and does not represent them. However, the simple fact of quoting these words does not allow them to do justice to their virulence when they leave Miller’s mouth. JD Vance hosted a posthumous program of Charlie Kirk’s Balado on Monday, in which Stephen Miller participated.
The next day, he added a layer by promising to “channel all our anger in front of the organized campaign which led to this assassination to uproot and dismantle these terrorist networks”.
“With God as a witness, we will use all the resources we have at the Ministry of Justice, in domestic security and throughout this government to identify, disturb, dismantle and destroy these networks and make America again sure for the American people. This will happen and we will do it on behalf of Charlie, “said Stephen Miller to JD Vance, who hosted a posthumous program of Charlie Kirk’s Broad.
These statements inspired the Democratic Senator of Connecticut Chris Murphy a row of comments on X, including these: “Pay attention. Something dark could happen. The murder of Charlie Kirk could have united the Americans to face political violence. Instead, Trump and his anti -democratic radicals seem to prepare a campaign aimed at destroying dissent.
