A shooter left five dead, including a police officer, in Manhattan offices, in New York on Monday evening. The author of this shooting died after being actively sought by the authorities, during an important police operation.
Around 8 p.m. Monday, the NYPD said that the shooter had been “neutralized”. Managers said that the shooter would have died due to a “self-inflicted firearm injury”.
This one, a 27-year-old Las Vegas man, acted alone. It is Shane Tamura, a man whose plated car from Nevada and containing a rifle case was found on the stage.
Tamura was the holder of a weapon port permit for a pistol. It would have been seen by security cameras with what seems to be an AR-15, an automatic rifle.

The Nypd police officer, who was shot in the back, died after exchanging fire with the author of the shooting in the building lobby. His death was noted during the major police operation, around 8:20 p.m. The authorities have four additional victims, all civilians.
Preliminary information argued that at least one NYPD police officer and two civilians had been affected by the shots, before the balance sheet is increasing. The first calls were received by the 911 around 6:30 p.m.
The shooting occurred in the building of 345 Park Ave, in the heart of Manhattan, the police of the New York City Police (NYPD) reported.
This building with many floors in particular houses the offices of Blackstone, KPMG, Bank of America and JP Morgan, as well as NFL offices.
About twenty armed police officers were sent to scrutinize the building during the operation.
