From hero to zero
P. Diddy’s legal descent into hell began on November 16, 2023, when his ex-girlfriend, singer Cassie Ventura, took him to court for rape, sex trafficking and physical abuse. The matter was settled amicably behind closed doors the next day, but a surveillance video published by CNN a few months later caused a stir. The rapper issued a public apology after the broadcast of these images, where we see him attacking his ex-girlfriend.
This controversy snowballed and several alleged victims followed in Cassie Ventura’s footsteps to denounce the actions of Sean Combs.
On March 25, agents from the United States Department of Homeland Security searched some of his residences. More than 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lubricant were found by investigators, as well as three automatic rifles.
The defense of Sean Combs, led by Me Marc Agnifilo, called the federal prosecution malicious and continues to maintain his client’s innocence. “In this court, justice will prevail: Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone, male, female, or minor,” read a statement.
