At least seven people were killed and dozens more were injured following a bus crash in Vicksburg, Mississippi, on Saturday.
The tragedy occurred on Highway 20 east of the city of Vicksburg, shortly after midnight.
A 6-year-old boy and his 16-year-old sister were among the victims, the Warren County coroner said.
37 passengers were taken to hospital with various injuries of unknown severity.
Six people were confirmed dead at the scene of the accident, while a seventh died in hospital.
The bus, which was traveling westbound toward Mexico, reportedly veered off its lane before overturning. No other vehicles were involved in the crash.
The authorities are still unaware of the exact cause of the road tragedy. An investigation is underway.
