A group of pro-Palestine protesters blocked access to Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida on Saturday.

Their demonstration was short-lived, barely ten minutes, but an Internet user was able to share images of it on X, before the police intervened.

“BREAKING: Central Florida Queers for Palestine blocks the exit (to) Disney World in Orlando, Florida,” shared the user under the name Stu.

In videos shared on cars and their signs.

“A father did not tolerate Central Florida Queers for Palestine blocking the exit from Disney World,” the user continued, filming the altercation between the angry parent and the demonstrators.

A gift that does not pass

The small group of the Queers for Palestine organization decided to block the road to the amusement park on Saturday, because they consider that Disney “supports genocide”, due to a donation to Israel made on October 12, some days after the Hamas attack.

“Disney is donating $1 million to Magen David Adom, an affiliate of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies that provides emergency medical and blood bank services in Israel, as well as $1 million to other nonprofit organizations working in the region, particularly those focused on helping children,” the company announced.

The reception of this donation was mixed. Some Disney fans have even decided to boycott and encourage a general boycott of the company by massively unsubscribing from its Disney+ platform and avoiding its theme parks.
