At least one employee was allegedly caught red-handed while trying to get his hands on his doctor’s notes, reports The Mirror.
An internal investigation would therefore have been opened by the clinic known for its discretion and its numerous patients from the royal family.
“We firmly believe that all our patients, regardless of their social status, deserve total confidentiality with regard to their medical information,” indicates the clinic in a press release, which refuses to comment further on this matter.
A source cited by the Daily Mail claims that the princess was made aware of the investigation launched by the clinic.
Kate Middleton has been particularly in the news in recent months, notably due to an abdominal operation she underwent in January, after which very few details were disclosed regarding her state of health, which gave rise to many hypotheses from Internet users.
These came to a head when a photo published by the royal family turned out to be a montage.
