The ex-president alleged that Biden was “high” when he delivered his State of the Union address in March.
“I want to debate him, but I’m also going to demand a drug test,” he told supporters in Minnesota.
Trump makes it clear that he is serious about his efforts.
“I really am. I don’t want him to come off like he did in his State of the Union address. He was high,” he adds.
In 2020, Donald Trump “strongly suggested” a drug test of Joe Biden due to “inequality” during the Democratic primary debates.
In the end, neither took a test.
The two candidates for the American presidency will debate on June 27 and September 10.
Voters are called to the polls on November 5.
