An altercation between two people at a bus stop near Las Vegas took a horrific turn after a suspect killed his victim before eating his face.

Police were notified Sunday that a man had been pushed to the ground around 5 a.m. About forty minutes later, another blood-curdling call was received from a witness who claimed to have seen an individual “eating the face” of another man who was on the ground.

Colin Czech, 29, was covered in “biological matter” when he was arrested. The latter, who pleaded to have been attacked by the victim, admitted to having used his teeth to “eat his eyes and ears”.

The suspect, who is homeless, lost consciousness several times while in police custody, according to court documents cited by The Mirror. The latter would not have slept “for five days” because “an entity possessed him”.

The suspect is expected to appear in court in Las Vegas to be formally charged with murder. He has been hospitalized since his arrest.
