Police in South Brunswick, New Jersey, are looking to arrest a man who was masturbating naked in front of women outside an apartment building.
The pervert indulged in solo pleasure, sometimes in broad daylight, in front of women he approached without embarrassment in front of the Royal Oaks condo building in Monmouth Junction, the New York Post THURSDAY.
According to testimonies collected by local police from witnesses, the suspect, who often hangs around the area between 11 p.m. and 2:30 a.m., masturbated in front of six women in front of the building in question.
On Tuesday, he appeared in broad daylight to make a spectacle of himself shortly after 4 p.m., which worried the police who are asking for the public’s help in identifying the suspect, who is still wearing a balaclava.
“We really need the public’s help to identify him,” said Jim Ryan, deputy chief of the South Brunswick Police Department, adding that his antics are disrupting the neighborhood’s peace and quiet.
Police, who believe the pervert may have had other victims, released a screenshot from a surveillance camera showing the suspect with the overflowing libido standing in front of the residential building.
