A FedEx delivery driver was fired after being filmed by UFC boss Dana White throwing several packages into his truck.
White, who is the CEO of the mixed martial arts organization, was getting a ride to the Big Apple last Tuesday when his driver stopped near a delivery man’s truck. The latter was throwing boxes in the back of his truck like he was playing basketball.
“FedEx: We’re going to get your stuff to you, but we’re going to screw it up!” Mr. White said on camera, as he and another man laughed.
FedEx was quick to respond by firing the offending employee.
“The behavior depicted in the video is unacceptable and inconsistent with the professionalism that FedEx demonstrates every day,” FedEx told TMZ.
“We are committed to treating our customers’ packages with the utmost care, and this delivery person is no longer employed by our company due to his behavior,” the company said.
The video quickly went viral as White has 3.9M followers on TikTok.
