A 21-year-old Florida medical student who killed his mother with 70 stab wounds has been charged with first-degree murder.
Emmanuel Espinoza, who was going to a family event, was invited by his mother to spend the weekend together at her home south of Orlando, according to what the “New York Post” reported Monday.
Footage from a video that went viral on social media shows the suspect holding a knife in his hand as he casually walked towards the door of his 46-year-old mother Elvia’s residence.
