(San Francisco) An American Federal Court of Appeal authorized President Donald Trump on Thursday to retain control of the deployment of national guard troops in Los Angeles to face the demonstrations against his migration policy, despite the opposition of the Californian authorities.
“The fact that the president did not give the order of federalization directly” through “the governor of California does not limit his authority elsewhere to call the National Guard,” wrote the three judges of the San Francisco court in a 38 -page judgment.
