The vice president finally found her rhythm of battle after the first 15 minutes of the debate and managed to defeat her opponent, underlines political analyst Emmanuelle Latraverse.
“It was off to a bad start,” the journalist noted in the middle of the debate Tuesday night. “Then there was the abortion, she warmed up, it was good. And he (Donald Trump) went on about his stories about babies being murdered at birth and that’s when she found her rhythm.”
According to the columnist, it is “clear that the way they prepared it, her goal was not to answer questions. It was take the stakes, make your pitch, attack!”
The analyst notes that with this tactic, the Democratic candidate managed to destabilize Donald Trump and make him lose his temper. “He couldn’t take it anymore,” she adds.
“When she attacked him about the size of his crowds, it was like the circuit breaker tripped,” the analyst says.
