(Washington) An American federal judge on Monday overturned the indictment of former FBI director James Comey and New York State Attorney General Letitia James, both designated by Donald Trump at his Justice Department as priority targets.
The judge invalidated the appointment of Lindsey Halligan, the prosecutor chosen by the American president, who had initiated these proceedings, and consequently declared the abandonment of the proceedings in the two cases.
More details to come.
