Three luxury multi-million dollar homes are on the verge of teetering on a cliff due to a landslide that swallowed their backyards in Dana Point, California.
The backyards of these three luxury residences suddenly disappeared from the landscape after the landslide caused by heavy rains washed away part of the cliff near Scenic Road.
One of the owners mentioned that his house was secure and that municipal housing services did not find anything abnormal in the structure, according to what the “New York Post” reported Tuesday.
The City of Dana Point told ABC7 that the three houses inspected did not present a danger, specifying that the lateral access to the beach below was still safe despite the presence of debris.
The real estate company Redfin estimated the total value of the three luxury homes at nearly US$43 million, confirming a trend according to which real estate prices in this American state are still on the rise.
