A 24-year-old American man was arrested after illegally climbing the Las Vegas Sphere, which peaks at more than 110 meters.

Maison DesChamps, who calls himself the “pro-life Spider-Man”, took this initiative with the aim of raising funds for a pregnant homeless woman, explained on his Instagram account.

JUST IN: The man who climbed ‘The Sphere’ in Las Vegas is Maison DesChamps, who is a pro-life activist.

DesChamps filmed himself at the top of the 366 foot tall structure and said he was raising money for a homeless pregnant woman.

The reckless Spiderman, openly anti-abortion, gave his all to this illegal climb before being picked up by the police who were waiting for him on the floor, once his feet were on the ground.

An architectural gem inaugurated last September, the Sphere is a futuristic entertainment arena covered with millions of LEDs on the exterior surface which cost a whopping US$2 billion.

The climber, who is not at his first attempt at brilliance, has scaled the millions of small discs of the structure which, far from being smooth, can be transformed into a Halloween pumpkin or a terrestrial globe.
