Former teacher accused of ‘frauding’ student wants to be around children again

A former teacher arrested for “fraudulently” an 11-year-old student has asked a judge for permission to visit places where children are present, the Daily Mail reported. New York Post Tuesday.

Madison Bergmann was a former Wisconsin teacher who was caught inappropriately touching a child. She was charged with sexual assault of a minor on May 2.

She is currently not allowed to go anywhere where there may be young people.

The question, however, came to mind when his lawyer was filing his bail application in late July.

She therefore asked the judge to be allowed to go to restaurants or shops where children might be present.

Mme Bergmann also filed a motion to dismiss the criminal complaint.

Another professor is said to have resigned after Mr.me Bergmann. He would have been aware of her behavior, but would have done nothing to stop it.

The latter was caught red-handed when the victim’s mother heard her son talking to the accused on the phone. With her partner, she looked at the messages on her child’s device, where she found “scandalous” text messages. The former teacher allegedly mentioned to her that she liked to touch him and “french him.”

Her ex-fiancé called off their wedding after her arrest. “He’s really, really hurt,” the groom’s friend told the outlet. “He says it’s crazy that she cheated on him with a child.”

She was released for the duration of the court proceedings on $25,000 bail.
