(Washington) US President Donald Trump threatened his former Elon Musk ally on an interview on Saturday “very heavy consequences” if he was trying to harm Republican elected officials, two days after their violent break that broke out in the eyes of the whole world.
Despite an apparent lull since Friday, the two men wishing to be mutually “good luck” and Elon Musk having deleted several accusing and threatening messages, the two men definitely seem far from a rabibochain potential.
Born of a disagreement on the vast budgetary law wanted by the Republican, the rupture between the president of the first world power and the richest man on the planet could carry heavy political and economic consequences.
Asked about the possibility that the wealthy entrepreneur finances democratic candidates in campaign against republican elected officials supporting this text, Donald Trump responded to the NBC channel: “If he does it, he will have to pay the consequences”.
The richest man in the world did not provide proof to his accusations, but he republished a video dating from 1992 in which Donald Trump and Jeffrey Epstein seem to joke during an evening.

“Even Epstein’s lawyer said I had nothing to do with it,” reaffirmed Donald Trump on Saturday. David Schoen briefly represented Jeffrey Epstein before his suicide in 2019.
“He will have to face very heavy consequences,” he added, without detailing the nature of these potential repercussions.
“Very disrespectful”
After months of an idyllic alliance skillfully staged, Donald Trump and Elon Musk were torn publicly Thursday with messages interposed on their respective social networks, accusing “madness” for the first, “ingratitude” for the second.
Asked about the future of their relationship, the American president said on Saturday that he had “none” desire to reconnect with Mr. Musk and “no intention to speak to him”. “He is very disrespectful. We cannot disrespect the presidential function, “he said.

The Multimillionaire Elon Musk
After staying silent for a long time in the face of the incessant attacks of the entrepreneur against his “big and beautiful law”, a text which provides enormous tax reductions, heavy expenses for defense and cups in social benefits, Donald Trump ended up replicating Thursday.
The qualifying of “crazy”, the president threatened to “cancel the subsidies and government contracts” of the boss of Tesla and SpaceX, the latter retaluated with a slew of publications in which he notably accused Donald Trump of being involved in the Jeffrey Epstein case, named after a financier accused of sexual exploitation of minors.
“Not new”
“It’s time to let go of the big bomb: (Trump) is in Epstein files,” he wrote on X. This is the real reason why they were not made public. »»
This message, like others published or divided the same day by the multimillionaire, one of which called to dismiss the president, were no longer visible on his account on Saturday.
Questioned by NBC on his friendly links spent with the financier, put forward by Elon Musk, the Republican replied on Saturday: “It’s not new, we have been talking about it for years”.
If Donald Trump rubbed shoulders with him, he has always denied having spent time on the property of Epstein on the American virgin islands where, according to prosecutors, the financier engaged in sexual traffic with minor girls.
The story of Jeffrey Epstein, at the heart of a vast international scandal of sexual crimes and exploitation and who committed suicide in prison in 2019 before being tried, fueled many conspiracy theories and obsessed part of the radical American right.
“Even Epstein’s lawyer said I had nothing to do with it,” reaffirmed Donald Trump on Saturday.
