(New York) Donald Trump announced on Friday deploying soldiers of the National Guard in Memphis, Tennessee, as part of his fight against crime targeting major democratic cities of the country.

Posted at 9:02 a.m.

“We are going to Memphis. Memphis is deeply in difficulty. The mayor is happy, he is a democratic mayor. (…) We will settle it as we did in Washington, “said the American president in an interview with the Fox News channel, referring to his sending of federal troops and police in the capital last month.

More details to come.
