Clashes continue between Palestinian resistance fighters and the occupation forces in the middle and south of the Gaza Strip on the 90th day of the war, while Israeli attempts continue to enter the Bureij camp, where violent explosions rang out, and artillery shelling continues on the neighborhoods of Gaza City.

Manhattan Tribune’s correspondent reported that clashes with heavy machine guns took place in the camps area in the middle of the Gaza Strip, where the resistance is confronting the Israeli forces in Bureij, Al-Maghazi and Al-Nuseirat.

The Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), said that it detonated a high-explosive device with an Israeli foot force inside a house north of the Nuseirat camp, killing and wounding them. It also targeted tanks west of the Maghazi camp.

Meanwhile, there were martyrs and wounded in Israeli raids in the middle of the Gaza Strip, while the Israeli army continued its artillery shelling of the neighborhoods of Al-Daraj, Al-Tuffah, and Al-Shuja’iya in Gaza City.

Manhattan Tribune’s correspondent also reported that an air strike targeted the western areas of Juhr al-Dik, south of Gaza City.

For its part, the Ministry of Health in Gaza announced on Thursday that the occupation forces committed 13 massacres against Palestinian families, killing 125 martyrs and 318 injured during the past 24 hours.

Thus, the death toll rises, according to the ministry, to 22,438 martyrs and 57,614 injured since the start of the war on the seventh of last October.

In the southern Gaza Strip, Manhattan Tribune’s correspondent reported that at least 25 people were killed as a result of the continuous Israeli bombing of Khan Yunis since dawn today.

Khan Yunis clashes

Clashes continue between the resistance factions and the occupation forces in the eastern regions of Khan Yunis Governorate, while artillery shelling continues on the east of the city, and air strikes continue on its central and western parts.

For its part, the Israeli army announced that 19 of its soldiers and officers were injured in the battles taking place in Gaza during the past 24 hours.

The army stated that during the same period, its forces killed a number of Hamas fighters, whom it said were responsible for the anti-tank missile launch unit, and 3 militants who attempted to plant an explosive device near army forces in the Khan Yunis area.

He added, in a statement, that his forces targeted buildings in Deir al-Balah to which militants fled – according to his claim – and that they found platforms for launching long-range missiles in the Bureij camp.

For its part, the Al-Quds Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Jihad Movement, said that it bombed the city of Ashkelon and the areas of the northern Gaza Strip with a concentrated missile salvo. The Ashkelon Municipality said that the Iron Dome intercepted two rocket shells in the sky of the city this morning.

Israeli media reported that a large missile salvo was fired from Gaza, and that the sound of sirens was heard in Ashkelon and other areas in the south.
