A disturbing video, captured by a Los Angeles police officer’s body camera, shows the final moments of a man who tried to flee police at the wheel of a Lamborghini reported stolen.
Elliott Dugan, 51, was arrested by police on April 6 around 5 a.m. after he allegedly fell asleep at a traffic light.

However, after carrying out checks, the peace officers discovered that the suspect was the subject of several warrants and that the luxury car had been reported stolen.
When the police asked him to exit the vehicle, Dugan attempted to flee, reaching a speed of 181 km/h before crashing into a median.

The collision was so violent that the man’s body was thrown 30 meters from the passenger compartment.
The chase was filmed by a surveillance camera. The time of the collision, however, was not recorded.
The police are continuing their investigation.
