The New York Bureau of Cannabis Management issued an order targeting grower and processor Hudson Cannabis, which supplies ingredients to the company “1906,” according to the “New York Post.”
The vis product was an energy booster known as “Go.” It would notably contain 80 milligrams of caffeine and 2 mg of THC extract and 5 mg of cannabidiol (CBD). The company also sold pills that contain 20 mg of caffeine mixed with 2.5 mg of TCH and 5 mg combined of CBD and cannabigerol.
The order states that mixed ingredients between caffeine, a stimulant, and cannabis, a depressant, may compromise “public health or safety.”
