Another family member testified that “Robinson had become more politicized in recent years,” added the governor. He reported a recent conversation with a parent in which Tyler Robinson had mentioned the next arrival of Charlie Kirk in Utah for a public debate on a university campus and expressed his hostility to his person and his opinions.

The full table of suspect’s political opinions is still taking shape. The Utah State registers show that it is registered on the electoral lists, but that it is affiliated with any political party and that it is listed as inactive, which means that it did not vote in the last two general elections.

Anti -fascist messages have been found on discovery ammunition after the assassination of conservative influencer Charlie Kirk, UTAH governor Spencer Cox said on Friday.

Tyler Robinson, 22, had lived “for a long time with his family in the county of Washington”, at the southwest end of Utah, near the border with Nevada and Arizona, said Spencer Cox.

He did his primary and secondary studies in the city of St. George and has no criminal record in the state, according to American media.

The announcement of the arrest intervened a few hours after the FBI and state representatives had appealed to the public by publishing additional photos of the suspect, which seemed to indicate that the police were uncertain of its fate.
