A Floridian woman was far from the holiday spirit when she decided to use her Christmas tree to punch her boyfriend multiple times during an argument.
Miracle Rivera, 20, was charged with battery after the altercation that happened around 3:30 a.m. on Christmas Eve, Fox 35 Orlando reported.
It was during an argument about her boyfriend’s alleged infidelity that the young woman saw red before ending up leaving the room where the argument took place in her St. Petersburg residence.
Miracle Rivera, however, left to come back and followed her partner into the living room, where she ended up grabbing the Christmas tree that was there to use it as a weapon and hit her boyfriend with it several times.
The 24-year-old victim escaped with several minor scratches on his arms and upper body, police said according to the media.
