Arrested by the local police and since detained for assault and battery, the suspect, Anthony Kazmierczak, 55, is now also charged at the federal level in particular for “assault” and “intimidation” of a representative of one of the three powers of the American state in the exercise of his functions.
In the past, he shared with a relative very hostile opinions about Ilhan Omar, believing that “someone should kill her”, according to testimony collected by an agent of the FBI, the American federal police, cited in these court documents.
