(Washington) The American House of Republican Republican, adopted a provisional budgetary text on Friday in order to remove the prospect of a federal state paralysis, but, ten days before the deadline, its adoption in the Senate seems poorly engaged.

Posted at 12:11 p.m.

The text, approved in the lower chamber with 217 votes for (including a democrat) and 212 votes against (including two Republicans), is now heading for the Senate, where a vote is expected later in the day, before American parliamentarians go on vacation for a week, until the day before September 30, deadline.

To be adopted, he will have to bring together at least 60 votes in the upper room. The Republicans have the majority there, with 53 elected officials, but will need democrats to reach the required landing.

However, the Democrats have repeated their opposition to this text, in particular on the issue of financing health expenditure.

It is planned that the US Congress will not sit next week due to Rosh Hachana’s Jewish party.

Donald Trump called on his republican troops to mobilize for the adoption of this budgetary text.

“The leader of Democrats (in the Senate), the whining Chuck Schumer, wants a paralysis of the federal government. The Republicans want him to continue to work. Each elected Republican should show their unit and vote yes, ”he insisted on his Truth Social platform on Thursday.

In the event of “Shutdown”, a large part of the federal services are said to be stopped, with hundreds of thousands of unemployed technical officials, a chambarded air traffic, but also strong disturbances in the payment of many social assistance.

In March, when the same threat already hovered, the Republicans had refused to initiate dialogue with the Democrats on huge budget cuts and the dismissal of thousands of civil servants.

Ten Democratic Senators, including their boss Chuck Schumer, had then reluctantly decided to vote for the text of the Republicans, in order to avoid the paralysis of the federal state.
