“All visitors visas for people from Gaza are suspended while we have a complete and meticulous examination of the process and the procedures used in recent days to grant a small number of temporary medical and humanitarian visas,” the State Department said.
This announcement of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, led by Secretary of State Marco Rubio, follows messages on the social networks of Laura Loodor, journalist and influencer renowned for her racist and conspiratorial outings and who has already obtained the head of officials of the previous democratic administration of Joe Biden.
She announced Friday that she had denounced to Republican parliamentarians the arrival in the United States of Gaza Palestinians who “work for pro-Hamas Islamic organizations (…) affiliated with the Muslim brothers and funded by Qatar”.
Laura Loomer targeted “Heal Palestine”, which her account X presents as an association organizing trips to the United States for medical reasons of Palestinians from the Gaza Strip.

Still on X, an elected official in the House of Representatives for Florida, Randy Fine, has castigated an “unacceptable” visa policy and promised to “cooperate with the competent authorities to (…) seek immediate expulsion” of these Palestinians.
The NGO Palestine Children’s Relief Fund (PCRF), which said in a statement on Saturday evening that it “evacuated thousands of Palestinian children to the United States for medical care,” the US government has come back to this dangerous and inhuman decision “.

This is not the first time that Laura Loomer has had such an influence on the Trump administration.
