(Washington) Vance Boelter, the suspect of the assassination of an elected Democrat of Minnesota and her husband was arrested after two days of human hunting, several American media reported on Sunday evening.
According to the New York Times And the CBS News channel, Vance Boelter, 57, was captured living in a rural area where a large research operation took place on Sunday. He is accused of having killed the deputy in the House of Representatives of the State of Minnesota Melissa Hortman and her husband on Saturday in the early morning, as well as having seriously injured another elected official from the suburbs of Minneapolis, John Hoffman, and his wife. The State Governor provided a press conference at 11:30 p.m. (Eastern time).
