Reuters news agency quoted a source described at the beginning today as saying that the Qatari Diyar and Global Real Estate Development House intends to announce a agreement on Wednesday to build the first real estate project bearing the Trump brand in Qatar.
The source – who stipulated that his identity not to be disclosed – said that the Trump international track for golf and Trump villas will be part of the Smissima Beach development project 40 minutes north of the Qatari capital, Doha.
The Smisma project, which costs $ 5.5 billion, and led by the Qatar Diar Company, was designed to be a huge recreational resort with a length of 7 km, and is based on a golf course consisting of 18 hugs and the city of theme park (the land of myths).
