Partnership
It is noteworthy that the UAE and Israel signed the “Comprehensive Economic Partnership” agreement, which is in effect since 2023, and through it Emirati companies can reach the Israeli market by covering more than 96% of the tariffs and 99% of the value of trade with Israel.
This agreement gives an open and non -discriminatory environment for trade between the UAE and Israel, and also provides services suppliers in the UAE with access to the local services market in Israel in a group of sectors, including business, communications, distribution, environmental and financial services, tourism and travel services.
According to the UAE Ministry of Trade, the agreement constitutes the rules of digital trade to ensure consumer protection via the Internet, allow the free flow of data, and enable the use of digital technologies in business while preserving intellectual property rights.
