A Kentucky woman, accused of killing and dismembering her mother then cooking several parts of her body in the oven, allegedly acted under the orders of her brother, reports the Daily Mail.
At least that’s what the accused’s sister says, who also fears being killed by their brother, because he would like to claim his “birth rights” as the firstborn of the family. .
Torilena May Fields was formally accused of killing her mother Trudy by shooting her in the head, then decapitating, dismembering and eviscerating her corpse.
The 32-year-old then allegedly placed several of her mother’s limbs in a dish which she cooked in the oven until its contents were charred.

This macabre murder occurred on October 9 at the victim’s residence in Mount Olivet, Kentucky.
A man who was carrying out work on the property alerted police after discovering the dismembered body of the 68-year-old woman in the backyard. He also found a pile of hair believed to be the victim’s.
The witness told authorities that he had a strange interaction with the accused the day before the murder. That day, Torilena May Fields, who appeared to be seeking confrontation, allegedly “cast spells” on the man as well as his mother.
When the police arrived, the suspect was hiding, but when they found her, she was covered in blood. She was then arrested.
The residence was searched, which revealed a mattress full of traces of blood on which were several organs and body parts.
Investigators also found a still-hot dish in the oven that contained cooked human limbs.
Under his brother’s orders?
Telby Fields, the accused’s 31-year-old sister, now claims that it was their brother Truitt who convinced Trudy to kill their mother. Telby also claims to have received death threats from the 42-year-old man. She also obtained a temporary restraining order from the court to protect her from her older brother.
“When my body is discovered, know that Truitt Fields will have killed me,” she wrote in the margin of the court document she filled out. “Grant me this ordinance, please. Otherwise, I’ll be next.”
According to her, her brother wants her dead to claim his rights as the eldest in the family. He allegedly made death threats to the entire family and took advantage of his younger sister’s brain injury to push her to murder their mother.
“My mother was massacred by my sister under the direction of my brother,” proclaims Telby Fields.

The restraining order was granted on a temporary basis and a judge will have to decide whether to maintain it long-term at a hearing scheduled for October 29.
The court therefore forced Truitt Fields to surrender all his weapons to the authorities and to stay more than 150 meters from his sister Telby. He was even banned from attending his mother’s funeral.
Truitt Fields’ social media contains several strange and pseudo-spiritual content as well as some disturbing statements, such as: “One day the perfectly twisted and perverted woman will come into my life” and “I’m sure it’s not major , but I have gone more than 30 years without killing anyone.
