The information was denied by the agent of the famous actor. The latter affirmed during an interview broadcast in the American media that the images which were broadcast out of context on social networks were captured on April 27 on a film set.
We can see the hero of the film there Taxi Driver yelling at a group of people.
“It’s not a movie! Go behind the barricades. Do you like to say anything? So, go home,” bellows the octogenarian.
“It’s dangerous and they say they will do it again! Again! You don’t want that. You don’t want that. Come on, let’s be serious,” he continues. In several accounts, it was claimed that the actor was referring to the attack carried out by Hamas on October 7.
Note that the demonstrators are not visible in the extract.
Remember that these rumors arise at a time when a very tense climate exists on the campuses of several American universities, targets of pro-Palestinian activists who are setting up camps there.
