The image of a demonstrator presenting a poster calling for the “Final Solution”, the Nazi plan to exterminate the Jews, sparked a reaction at George Washington University in the United States.

The unidentified man was seen with students at the Washington DC campus, carrying a huge Palestinian flag and holding a sign with the phrase Adolf Hitler used to summarize his plan to exterminate the Jews, the New York Post.
Hundreds of anti-Israel protesters occupied the campus of George Washington University on Thursday.
The school said Friday that the remaining protesters “and anyone who attempts to join them are invading private property and violating university regulations.”
“We are aware that people who are not students at our institution have joined the protest and we have taken steps to restrict access,” the university said. We continue to work with police to keep our campus safe.”
On the social network X (formerly Twitter), several users have shared their concerns due to the current tension in certain American universities linked to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
