Police recently arrested a 28-year-old landlord who allegedly set fire to his tenants’ house because he was angry with them.

On March 23, police responded to West Earl Township, Pennsylvania, United States.

They were responding to a “civil problem.”

Ronald Frisbie III, a landlord, was angry at his tenants who he said broke a washer and dryer.

After calming the situation, the police left the scene. They were nevertheless called back to the site around 3 a.m. because a fire had broken out.

Police learned that Mr. Frisbie had broken into the apartment he was renting to his tenants.

He then allegedly set fire to a cardboard box and the apartment filled with smoke. A witness reportedly put out the flames, and the box was removed from the house.

Mr. Frisbie was arrested and booked into the Lancaster County Jail. He is charged with arson, burglary and two counts of endangering others.
