Colombian singer Karol G’s private plane was forced to make an emergency landing in Los Angeles on Thursday evening after the cockpit filled with smoke.

The landing of the Gulfstream aircraft took place safely at Van Nuys Airport and no one among the crew or passengers was injured, according to the “New York Post” reporting a “terrible” theft.

Born in 1991 in Medellin, the Grammy winner who probably experienced the scare of her life went down to the tarmac to greet the pilot who was able to control the situation with this smooth landing.

Rescuers and emergency teams went to the scene to assess the situation which caused more fear than harm and to see what could have caused this smoke in the cockpit, according to what ABC7 reported on the X platform.
