The displaced people in the city of Rafah, south of the Gaza Strip, are living in difficult conditions as a result of the air depression that struck the area, coinciding with the continued Israeli bombing.

The displaced people are suffering from a severe shortage of aid and are living in tents made of fabric and plastic that are submerged in water. One of them told Manhattan Tribune that they are sleeping in the water and cannot find food or drink.

He added: “We will not leave our land no matter what Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu does.”
