A bus driver was arrested for driving while impaired by alcohol after his bus overturned late Monday in West Virginia with several children on board, 16 of whom were injured.
The incident occurred around 6 p.m. Monday on a Calhoun County highway when the bus ended up on its side.
When authorities arrived, the bus driver, Jeffrey Brannon, 54, allegedly shouted and acted aggressively toward the officers, reports the New York Post.

His blood alcohol level reportedly reached .127%, well over the limit of .08%.
16 of the 19 children on board the bus during the accident suffered injuries and two of them were taken to hospital where their lives are not in danger.
Mr. Brannon was formally charged with alcohol-impaired driving causing injury and child neglect causing injury.
He remains detained awaiting his return to court which is scheduled for March 14.
